Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

Every order is inspected, carefully packed, and handed to our shipping carrier within 2-4 business days. During busy periods or promotions, processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience.

SHIPPING TIME (Contiguous U.S. only)

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 4-9 business days depending on your location. A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note: at this time we are only able to ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We're not yet able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses — we hope to change that soon.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders of $150 or more ship free. Orders under $150 are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.

DELAYS

In rare cases, a package may take longer than expected once it's with the carrier. We're not able to control what happens after a package leaves our hands, but if tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, reach out and we'll help sort it out.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

We begin processing orders quickly, so we're only able to cancel an order within 30 minutes of it being placed. Email us right away at support@rugvessa.com if you need to cancel, and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
